mmk20 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement governing the mmk20 platform and all of its services. By registering an account and playing on mmk20, a player is considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

This document is intended for players in Myanmar and covers transactions made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK). Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30) is used as the time reference.

To use the mmk20 platform, the following conditions must be met—

• You must be 21 or older. Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of 21 play.
• Each individual may register only one account under their own name. Opening more than one account using the same personal details is prohibited.
• Only players whose use of the platform is consistent with the laws of their local jurisdiction may access and play.
• You must play using your own funds only. Using money obtained from any third party to play is not permitted.

After registering an account at mmk20, the player is responsible for ensuring that their account details are accurate and up to date.

• Name, date of birth and contact details must be filled in accurately and completely. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be suspended or closed.
• Players must keep their login credentials confidential and take responsibility for securing them at all times. No third party is permitted to access or play on your account.
• If your login credentials are lost or you become aware that a third party has accessed your account, you must notify us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.
• The platform reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks on any player at any time. Accounts of players who refuse to cooperate may be suspended.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform may request a national ID card or other supporting documents from a player when required. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC verification is complete.

At mmk20, you can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The following rules apply to all deposits—

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks for all payment methods.
• Players must deposit only through payment methods registered in their own name. Transfers from third-party accounts will be declined, and any refund may be delayed.
• The platform is not responsible for delays caused by connectivity issues or third-party payment providers between the time of deposit and the time it is credited to the platform.
• The platform does not charge any deposit fees, but fees may be applied by your bank or mobile payment provider.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals—

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks.
• Standard processing time: 5–30 minutes (not including processing time by the bank or mobile payment provider).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawals of funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement are not permitted — see the Bonus section below for details.
• If a player's KYC verification is incomplete at the time a withdrawal is requested, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.
• Withdrawal requests that are suspected of being fraudulent or related to multi-account activity may be placed on hold for investigation.

Players who claim bonuses and promotions offered by mmk20 must comply with the following rules—

6.1 First Deposit Bonus

• A 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example — if a player deposits 20,000 Ks, they receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks.
• Another example — a deposit of 220,000 Ks gives the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, making the total balance 320,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 100,000 Ks × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks.
• Each player may receive this bonus once only. If an attempt is made to withdraw funds or bonuses while a bonus wagering requirement is still active, the bonus amount may be forfeited.

6.2 General Promotions

• The platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• The platform may void bonuses and winnings of players who exploit bonuses through software, bugs or artificial play.
• The platform reserves the right to restrict play patterns that may constitute bonus abuse — such as arbitrage betting.

6.3 VIP Program

The mmk20 VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Cashback bonuses are: Bronze — up to 0.2% per week, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0%. VIP tier eligibility is based on playing activity and behaviour.

mmk20 ensures fair play for players through SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Players must not use any software bots or tools that make game decisions while playing—

• Players must not use automation tools, scripts, or any type of bot that makes game decisions while playing.
• Attempting to predict game outcomes in advance using software exploits is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to carry out a cyber attack on the platform (DDoS, brute-force) in any form is a criminal offence and will be prosecuted.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mmk20 platform—

• Opening more than one account with the same personal details (multi-accounting).
• Repeatedly wagering money on itself with the intent to claim bonuses rather than playing genuinely (wagering manipulation).
• Using the platform in any form for money laundering or concealing information related to criminal activity.
• Unauthorised copying or use of the platform's data or software.
• Interfering with, threatening, or abusing other players.
• Verbally abusing platform staff or engaging in any criminal manner toward them.

If any violation of a prohibition is found, the platform may close the account without prior notice and suspend the funds held.

mmk20 protects and stores players' personal data. For details, please read the Privacy Policy. Key points—

• Players' personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
• Data required for financial checks (KYC/AML) will be recorded for compliance verification.
• Players may request to view or update their personal data at any time via 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected].

mmk20 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

• When a violation of any prohibition stated in these terms is found.
• When a player refuses to cooperate with KYC verification and does not submit the requested documents.
• Due to a request from relevant authorities for AML checks.
• When the player requests it themselves (self-exclusion).

Funds held in a closed account (funds not proven to be fraudulent) will be returned to the player after the review period is complete.

While the mmk20 platform makes every effort to provide reliable and secure games and financial services—

• It cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by server maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond its control.
• The platform is not liable for a player's own financial losses (losses incurred while playing) — players must understand that gambling by nature involves winning and losing.
• If a game is interrupted due to an issue on the player's own side — such as an internet disconnection — the platform's system record will be taken as the authoritative reference.

mmk20 reserves the right to amend and update these terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the time they are published on the platform, and players' continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

For significant amendments, the platform will notify players via Live Chat or email. If a player does not agree with the amendments, they may request account closure through 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected].
