The minimum deposit is 5,000 Ks for each method — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum is the same across all channels, so you can start from 5,000 Ks whichever one you use.
When depositing with Wave Money, only use the receiving phone number or QR code provided by mmk20. Double-check the amount before sending, and submit a screenshot of the transfer record in the required format. Never send money through a third party.

Account Security
An OTP is a one-time code that grants access to your account. Anyone who gets hold of it can take control of your account immediately. mmk20 staff and support will never ask for your OTP — if anyone asks for it, do not respond and report it straight away via Live Chat.
Two-Step Verification (2FA) adds a second check — such as a phone OTP — on top of your password when logging in. With 2FA enabled, even if someone else knows your password they still cannot get in without the OTP. We recommend turning it on through your account settings.
Fraudulent sites often use URLs that look very similar to the real one — for example, swapping 0 for o, or adding extra sections to the address. The only correct URL is mmk20.org. Type it directly into your browser's address bar and check that HTTPS is present. Be careful not to click links from ads or messages on Messenger or Viber.

Withdrawal Questions
The minimum withdrawal from mmk20 is 10,000 Ks. This applies equally to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. If your balance is below 10,000 Ks, you will need to reach that amount before you can submit a withdrawal request.
Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes after approval, thanks to our local payment connections running 24/7. Note that during busy network periods it may take a little longer.
To withdraw Welcome Bonus winnings, you must meet the wagering requirement (bonus amount × 15). For example, if you received a 20,000 Ks bonus, you need to wager 20,000 × 15 = 300,000 Ks. For a 100,000 Ks bonus, that is 100,000 × 15 = 1,500,000 Ks. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fully met.
Pending usually happens when KYC verification is incomplete, the amount is still being checked, or there is a network issue. If it stays Pending for more than 30 minutes, contact our support team via Live Chat with your withdrawal ID.
Account Verification (KYC)
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification confirms that a user is genuine and protects against financial fraud and unauthorized account access. It is a way to protect all players and is also important for building a trustworthy platform.
KYC verification is typically requested before your first withdrawal, when withdrawing a large amount, or when unusual financial activity is being reviewed. Once KYC is complete and verified once, you can continue playing with as little interruption as possible.
For Myanmar nationals, presenting your National Registration Card (NRC) is generally sufficient. A passport can also be used. The copy must be clear (the image must be clearly visible) and should not be covered or cropped.
